Background
In a world of instant information, enabling merchants to manage their business from anywhere is more than a convenience—it’s a necessity.
Historically focused on in-store tools, Clover had yet to fully realize mobile as a top priority leaving many of its merchants relying on fragmented mobile solutions. Recognizing the need for a unified mobile experience, Clover Go was created enabling merchants to manage their entire business from the palm of their hands. As the design lead, I drove the project from concept to execution, working closely with Product to set goals, align on user needs, and lead all design activities—from research to a seamless handoff with our iOS and Android engineering teams.

Problem
Merchants lack a holistic, on-the-go view of their business due to fragmented, inaccurate, and overwhelming data, hindering timely, informed decision-making.
Solution
Streamlined mobile insights for busy merchants on the go
Clover Go provides merchants with a quick snapshot of key metrics and detailed insights into sales, items, and employees. Organized around the way merchants think and work, the app’s intuitive structure enables faster decision-making and efficient management on the go.

Quick access to key metrics
The Home screen provides a clean, daily snapshot of essential metrics—such as sales and inventory—enabling merchants to make quick, informed decisions without navigating multiple screens.
Metrics through different lenses
Dedicated tabs for Sales, Items, and Employees provide deeper insights, letting merchants explore key data across primary business areas for a full performance view.
